Changing Serving Size

I'm brand new to myfitnesspal. I found a food item that's in the data base, but I cannot change the serving size. For instance, it lists the serving size as 1 cup and I only eat 1/2 cup. How can I change measurement?:blushing:

    You can change the the amount you eat by the quantity...i've switched mine from 1 to .5 or whatever you need it to be :bigsmile:
    Like today...instead of 1 serving of a pasta bowl I ate...I changed it to .75 and it automatically changed the info for me.
