Okay, I've been reading all these threads about your net calories and what it ideally should be at. I hear for the average women your net should be around 1200 calories and that you should eat back all your exercise calories. I am having SUCH A HARD TIME DOING THIS! Today for example was the perfect example. My food diary is public so you can peak in and see. I even ate a piece of a deLITE pizza just to bump up my net calories. I feel like I need to eat to make sure I'm meeting this "net standard" but at the same time isn't this defeating my whole purpose of trying to lose weight? I know that last sentence didn't make a lot of sense. I DO KNOW that your body needs fuel to workout to burn off calories and fat, etc, but I feel like I ate well today and didn't meet that mark.

I NEED HELP! Suggestions?
