I'm currently eatting 1200 and burning 400 per day.
I will be adjusting this once I better understand all the info...
I have just found out that my BMR is 1352.
So i should eat between 1732 (sedentary) - 1984 (light)
So ideally what should MFP counter read daily:
GOAL:
FOOD: +
EXERCISE: -
NET:

Because my body will burn all those calories?
If this is the case, does this mean my body will burn/use 1984 daily and if all 7 days of the week it was done
I would actually be "burning" 13,888 calories per week?
In which case I would lose 3.96/wk (@ -3500/lb)
I'm sure I'm over thinking this, but I just want to be sure.

Actually, you misread that.
1984 net daily goal no matter what. Exercise is included in that estimate, so you do not eat it back separately.
This is different than MFP where they do NOT take into consideration any exercise until you do it and log it.0 -
