  • Hi

I got 200g of couscous and a tilapia lemon pepper filet.

I love fish so much, I could eat it everyday.

In addition a large cup of green tea with rasberry flavor.

Yeah!!!! Good job! Very well balanced!!

    For me:
1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese
1 stick celery with 1 tbsp PB
3 whole wheat melba toast crackers
Blue Bunny Light Yogurt (Black current)

It was oatmeal and cranberry juice for breakfast. I had a banana and granola bar earlier and still have 1 cup of red grapes and 2 whole wheat rice cakes for this afternoon. Dinner is a salad and left over meatloaf (I got the recipe on here and it is sooooo good!: 1.5 pounds ground turkey, 1 jar salsa, 1 can drained diced tomatos, 1/2 cup uncooked oatmeal and your choice on seasonings(salt/pepper/garlic/etc)...mix all together, put in loaf pan and bake for an hour at 400....VERY YUMMY!)

    We should share everyday!!!!

Thanks for the link Joanna - it's the broth that's getting me, since I made my own. Haven't found a way to calculate it yet - I suppose I won't unless I get it scientifically analyzed - Not going to happen  I'll just have to take my best estimate with all the info I find.

I had a cup and a half of salad greens with cherry tomatoes and turkey diced on top. I topped it off with two tablespoons of Newman's own Light cranberry vinaigrette dressing. Dessert was one cup of fresh pineapple pieces.

    4 cups Romaine
    1.5 oz feta
    .2 c crasins
    2 boca burgers
    2 tsp ketchup
    1 slice bread
    1 oz low fat swiss

I think I ate more than anyone! A little over 500 calories - my usual. I usually have about 500 for breakfast and lunch, 600 for dinner, and 200 for snacks. I exercise a lot.
  • Wow - everyone's eating so healthy...

I just started last week but I had a 6" Subway Roast Beef (no dressing, no cheese and all the fixings). Not nearly as healthy as everyone else's lunch but it's 320% better than what I would normally have choked down.
  • Great job everyone on eating healthy for lunch!!!!:flowerforyou:
