Friends wanted please

Hi,
Ive just joined this and hoping I can make new friends to keep me going during those difficult times. I tore my cruciate ligament in january and whilst its on the mend, it makes exercise very very difficult if not impossible. I ran 1000 metres yesterday and had to give up as i thought it was going to give up.
I feel yuk, most my clothes dont fit me and i dont want to go up a size

Natalie, I too have that problem, had an op on mine several years ago. Football injury they say lol I don't play football let alone watch it! I'd love to ride along with you on our journey0

Hi Natalie.
I am new to this site as well and I have a long journey in front of me. Its a great place for support and friendship. Just remember a little bit at a time, you don't have to be in a hurry to get the job done. Goodluck with your journey and if you stick to the basics it won't be long before you will notice the difference in how your clothes fit.

DEFINITELY NEED SOME FRIENDS.... LOL.... I am the only one I know struggling with weight issues and I hear you can be more successful if you have a support group with the same goals... So here I am ready to support and looking for some badly for myself!!!
I just love food. It's so tasty. I like to excersize, but I find it limits my eating time.... So I look for great recipes and addictive ways to stay active...
Note: Gyms?: Not addictive.
I have lots for recipes to share and agreat attitude. Hit me up!!!
