Where to find a good heart rate monitor???

I really want a heart rate monitor but my budget is really low :sad: I searched on Ebay and found one at about $30. Does anyone know a good place to get one and what I should look for when purchasing one???

    Buy.com and Amazon are other places but $30 is about what you would expect for a standard one with a chest strap and calorie counter.

    I found one on Ebay for $6.99 w/FREE shipping!!!! YAY!!! You get what you pay for, lol...but I think it's a really great deal and it brand new and meets my budget :laugh:

    Nice deal! After you get it and try it for a while, can you please post back all of it's pros and cons and whether you like it, brand and model, etc?
