    You might want to add some form of lean protein to that, though it sounds delicious! Perhaps lowfat peanut butter on the bread, scrambled egg beaters, fat free yogurt, or lowfat cheese? It might help you feel satisfied longer afterwards. :smile:

    You definitely need some protein. I think you'd be hungry an hour or two after eating just that. By brown bread, do you mean whole wheat/grain?

    I see some co-workers eating Low Fat Cottage cheese on top of the bread as a protein.
