I have been wondering if im actually burning more calories while pushing my 2 kids. I have a 3 and 5yo that i go jogging with. they are both about 37-40ish lbs. so with the stroller that is about 100lbs on wheels im hauling... My pace does slow down by a few minutes rather then 8.5 without them i end up doing about a 11min pace with them.. so im not sure if that would cancel out any of the extra calories i would burn. anybody know how it can be figured out???
