Hi all
Just curious if anyone knows how many cals this work out burns (roughly)
I did it yesterday for the first time and found it so much easier than the shred
I remember in the beginning of the video she said this was not a work out to do daily, but once a week..mid-week?
Like I mentioned, I really didn't think it was that tough, but woke up this morning and my shoulders and chest are KILLLLLLING me
That was a bit of a surprise

Wow kickboxing is quite an intensive workout, not sure what it would burn, depends on how long and you effort. But it sounds like you a really working it if the muscles are aching:glasses:0
