...not new to the weight loss journey. I've been following the WW plan, but I'm tired of paying for it and being stuck in a plateau. I lost 50 lbs last year. It went pretty fast, the lbs seemed to melt away and then I hit a wall. I've recently added stregth training to my workout and the scale is going up :grumble: So I decided to change things up and give MFP a shot. I would really like to take off another 40 to 50 lbs.

Well muscle weighs as well, darlin'. So don't get discouraged. I dropped 10 lbs in fat last week, and gained 5 lbs in muscle.
Keep your chin up. You got this!
