Ok, I'll probably kick myself for jinxing it, but I have to say that the past week (my first) has seemed SO EASY in comparison with every other time I've tried to lose weight. I don't know what I'm doing differently, or maybe I'm finally ready for the change to happen. I also have to thank everyone on here--I make it part of my daily routine to check the message boards, and there's always something interesting or helpful to read. I'm honestly so proud of everyone here for sticking to your goals, despite any setbacks!
Maybe this is because I lost two pounds this week, and I'm in a state of euphoria. But thank you all so much and I hope you have a great week!

Wow. Congrats! This time seems easier for me also. Even in dealing with stuff that comes up for some reason it isn't side tracking me I started 12/28, just joined here last week, and usually only last 2 weeks :blushing: But this time is different. Wish I knew why, but I'm not arguing!!0
