Hello,
I'm going to try to start MFP....again.
I start off so strong then fizzle out after a couple weeks. After I go off track, I end up gaining most...if not all the weight back. I also need to track b/c some days I get the worst stomach pains...I need to pinpoint what is bugging my belly.
I'm asking for support from anyone!
