Tofu-ideas?

I'm nearly always way under on my protein and at or over on my fat/carbs (can't stand fish). So while looking for what I could eat to jack up my protein, I took a look at Tofu. I've never been fond of it although I've only tried it once, but it certainly appears to be an excellent source of protein while reasonably low in fat and calories.
So I bought some. Now, what can I do with it to make it tasty that doesn't involve adding it to carbs or fatty foods?

One way I use tofu is blended in a smoothie. For this, it is best to have the medium (firmness) tofu. I cube about a serving and put in half a banana, a little milk (soy or cow's), a little orange juice, and a handful of berries. Then blend. It is delicious!
Another way I use tofu is on top of brown rice and roasted vegetables. This super easy. You can get the frozen brown rice, frozen roasted vegetables, and already baked tofu from Trader Joe's. Top it off with a little soy sauce. Yum. Bon apetit! Buen provecho! :drinker: :drinker:
