I'm struggling with really figuring out how to track my personal calorie burn. I feel like under estimating / over estimating is counter productive and i've been stuck in a lb to lb gain/lose.

couple lbs lost here and there then NO change for a while then gain a little back ( or muscle gain started strength training last month) I intend to get my body fat % measured again end of this month but I'd really like to figure out my calories burnt. I feel like I'm trapped in the "how much do I eat/workout?" rut!

Mio Calorie burn. 1030pm-1030am which included treadmill, strength training routine and Zombie Challenge Tasks ( Wood chopping with 5 lb weight and "X" box jumps. )

Fitbit Calorie burn 1030pm-1030am same as above.

any opinion, input, advice... would be really appreciated.

I don't how know heart rate monitors worked specifically but if you were weight lifting then the fitbit won't estimate correctly. When I lift I start my fitbit and then stop when I'm done then override that activity time with the weight lifting information. Hopefully that helps.
