Checking yourself out in the mirror.

Idk, but I really enjoy working out in front of the mirror especially when doing curls, presses, and Zumba...

Well actually just about any workout really... It always makes me feel better when I see myself sweating and seeing my muscle definition starting to come in.

Like when I do dumbbell curls, I like seeing my collarbone and all the definition in my chest, shoulders, and arms.

It really boosts my confidence! :)

Not to mention, it really helps out on making sure my form is correct when doing these workouts.

Anyone else like workingout in front of the mirrors?

Well, I've only just moved my workouts into a gym instead of at home, but so far I'm so occupied by trying to figure out the proper form that I don't have time to care what I look like in the mirror.

haha no, but I flex all the time to see my new (and much loved) leg muscles(; hahaha

when I'm sitting down eating or watching tv, or anything else I often find myself flexing just to see the muscles bulge ;P lol

and i'm always standing on my tippy toes when I try clothes on so that I can see my calf muscles.... big time(:

haha maybe it's CRAZY PRIDEFUL and maybe it's bad... but I'm just so excited to have *any* muscle... and I've worked so hard for it! It's so nice to see it pay off(:

Haha, same here. I've recently started feeling more muscle in the back of my thighs, but only tend to feel it if I squat slightly, so I find myself doing this now an again to remind myself that although I've not lost anymore pounds, I've gained muscle. I also like to flex a bit in the ladies fitting rooms where I work when it's quiet - just gotta be sure nobody walks in on me hehe

I work out at home. I have to work out in front of the mirror... umm because I want to see that my form is correct. And then after the workout because that's when my body looks the best. =P

I do it as well sometimes. I can work out and look my reflection and see that sexy beast of maximum awesomeness buried in there somewhere, just dying to get out!

Omg I did it for the first time in a long time yesterday - and I actually didn't see a single flaw in my body. (Not being cocky because trust me - I'm very flawed) But as in all I could think of were positives, I didn't have that negative voice in my head for once. I love seeing myself work because I look and go "Is that really all I can do? Wow, you're doing those burpees really slow." And it pushes me to work harder, faster, stronger. I also love seeing the definition in my muscles! It's great!

Guilty. I claim it's to check form which is partly true; however I do love when I see my arm veins pop down my bicep or how the definition shows doing back exercises.. I'm so ashamed. :)
