Is that the same outfit? I think its funny because I find that I must have been squeezing into the wrong size because now my clothes fit after losing some weight lol

    You look awesome!

Thanks for the compliment. Yes it's the same outfit. I pulled it out of the back of my closet to see a comparison.

Thanks everyone for your kind supportive words. I figured it would be easier to just do a general response as to what I have been doing to date. So here goes:

    1. On March 1, 2012 I joined www.weightcare.ca - a weight loss program who introduced me to MFP and I haven't looked back.
    2. I follow MFP and go into Weightcare for weekly check-ins to monitor my progress.
    3. I ensure I drink at least 8 glasses of water daily.
    4. I exercise 5 to 6 days per week for a minimum of 30mins.
    5. I weigh myself daily because I find it makes me more accountable.
    6. I look at the picture o myself in front of the cruise ship in December to remind myself of where I don't want to be.

I hope this helps. If you have specific questions you can add me as a friend or send me a message to my in box and I will respond to you enquiries.

    Have a great day.

Congratulations!! Very inspiring - I too am around your same starting weight, with a similar end goal weight as well...but haven't lost any weight because I haven't been diligent about following any diet or exercise plan (or giving up alcohol).

Thank you for sharing your success!

Wow, you don't look 40! What an inspiration. Your wall mentions "weight loss program" do you mind sharing what program you are doing that has helped you lose 30 lbs in 2 months?
