Just another reason MFP is awesome (article share)

Active.com had a great article today about removing the "dieting" from your diet. It was a good summary to me of why MFP and sites like it are gaining popularity - it's all about portion control and monitoring your food intake, not about restricting certain foods or actually dieting. It promotes healthy, balanced lifestyle change, which is IMHO one of the keys to success!
