    iv been at this for almost 2 years now and if i eat fast food, or deep fried foods i get bad stomach aches because my body isnt used to it....just some ideas, hope it helps :)

    I a this way as well, I cannot tolerate heavy foods at all anymore... the smell turns my stomach.
