Heart rate??? Help

Since I've been working out my heart rate has lowered and I'm mildly concerned, though I don't think I'm in any danger. Mine lately is between 50-55 resting and around 110-130 working out (moderate effort) Has anyone else noticed theirs lowered?
PS I workout on average 3-5 a week. I'm not sure if that effects things.

Yup, my lowest heart rate hit around 42 i think. All the jogging I do has really lowered my resting heart rate.0
