What a site...

So I am a nering 50 year old former athlete. The last 10 years I saw myself go from being that guy who looked younger and was in good shape for a 40 year old man, to a guy approaching 50 who was overweight and looked run down. Dealt with tendinitis in my heels, rotator cuff issues, and generally losing it. I decided enough is enough. While this site shows I have lost 26 pounds in reality I have lost almost 50. I am now the same weight I was at 30. Now my goal is tone and fitness. This site has really helped me focus on what works and doesn't. Putting a number on things makes the analytical side of me process the information. I wish everyone the best of luck in meetign whatever goals you set for yourself. Scott
