Yes, iknow exercises can be very very very boring lol .
This is coming from a person who made 1001 excuses not to workout , but ive tried a million of things but what works for me is the biggest loser cardio max dvd , its a challenge but when i wake up im all sore just like i planned. Also Zumba is awesome ! Your burning up to 1000calories and i have fun with it , and since im rican nd cuban they incorporate alot of latin music so i feel like im a birthday party or something lol , On really sunny days i go out for 2 hr walk , and when im tired of all that i play Just Dance for the Wii except i dont own a wii , i made it my business to create a playlist on youtube of all my fav just dance songs nd just do them for an hr nd every workout i burn up 1000 calories !! Also playing sports is a really good way to keep in shape . What are some alternatives you guys do?
