    P90X Rules - absolutely changed my entire way of looking at fitness. Tony Horton is the man. Can't say enough good things about it and I can't wait to get P90X plus! Congrats on your progress!

    Och! So inspiring! Needed that. I'm 5'9 and I'm at 181 right now, trying to grasp just how far I have to go when I'm only just starting to see how far I've come. Your 155 shots are an amazing motivator! :)

    Great job!! I love your story. I started my journey 14 months ago weighing in at my heaviest of 220lbs. At 5'5, that wasn't a pretty site. I too found MFP on one of my lowest days and have since lost 40+ pounds. I am currently doing 30 Day Shred with the hopes of building strength and muscle so I can move on to more challenging workouts. Thanks for sharing your story!

    Very inspiring!! Great job! You look amazing! :) My ultimate goal is to lose 50lbs. I lost 15 lbs from Jan to the end of Feb. But then some stressful events happened and i went back to old habits and have gained back what i lost. :( It so frustrating to start all over again. Today is my first day back and I read your story and its definitely help motivate me. I can do this!!! Thank you so much!
