I would add that pastured eggs will have much more vitamin D than traditional eggs. Here's a link that describes some of the differences.

My favorite is Muscle Milk and either almonds or raw cashews.0

Carbs/Protein regardless of the activity. Fat is a huge no. Have that like hours after. Regardless if it's cardio, a lift session, insanity, etc. You are trying to rebuild/repair after a workout. If it's cardio based, a little less carbs a little more protein is the only difference. Carbs are not the enemy.0
