Too much sugar...

Every day I seem to be going over on sugar. Of course, I know bread has sugar, fruit has natural sugars and yogurt and granola have sugar. What can I do to minimize my sugar?

Make sure you eat protein and a vegetable at every meal. The fiber from the veggies and the protein will help you to feel satisfied longer than carb-oriented meals.0

I'll definitely have to incorporate more veggies.0

I don't eat bread myself... I switched to wheat tortillas.. if you put sugar in your tea or coffee switch to honey, I try to stay away from corn because it doesn't digest well, I try to stay with green veggies - just measure everything and watch your labels really closely - but you should always try to stand clear of the starchy foods such as potatoes and breads, if you want a potato do a small red one.0

Many folks go over on the sugar here. If you are going over, it's better to do it by eating sugar/fiber combos such as fruit and carrots
.
For everyday life, I eat a boatload of protein usually and much less of the sugar.0
