Carb Cyling - HELP

Hello MFP members. My name is Edna & I hail from the finest city of USA :)

I am looking for people that are on this lifestyle. I have done my research. I have my spreadsheet and meals planned out, but I haven't given myself the GO signal just yet.

I've prepared myself for a low carb diet & after 3 months I feel like I can & have the discipline to do it. I bought the recommended supplement (OMEGA OIL), 100% whey protein, etc. for this diet. I try to eat whole & clean. My main goal is to drop to 18% BF & muscular not toned without the "dirty" stuff.

I am looking for people that are carb cyclers & are willing to share their food log with me. I would like to see your breakdown of carbs per day. I am interested on how "low", "high", and "no carbs" looks like in action.

    I dont carb cycle but I am interested in seeing a food log on it too.

    I used to carb cycle years ago but now I do carb back loading. Unfortunately I can't help you out. Good luck!

    It's all good. I am running a 13.1 miles this June 3rd. I am planning to give it a go after I finish.

    Hi Edna,
    I just started carb cycling last week following an old book my husband picked up some time ago. My diary is open so feel free to check it out beginning last Monday the 30th. The notes section of the diary have my macro allotments for each day. As I progress over the weeks, I get fewer "healthy eating" days and more "fat burning" days. The Sat/Sun will always be the same.
