How to stay motivated?

I started my weight loss in February 2012. I've lost 26lb so far and I'm really pleased with myself. I still have 45-60lb to go (depending on how I look and feel when I get there!) and some of the initial weight loss buzz is wearing off. I'm trying not to look at how far I have to go, but I'm wondering how to keep myself motivated during these 'middle' months of weight loss? I know when I'm around 5-10lbs from goal weight I'll start buzzing again, but what do you do in the meantime?

I wish i had the answer to that one because I am really experiencing it now. I have been doing this for a year and I am very proud of the weight I lost but I need to stay motivated. I tried to change things up and read recipies for low cal and this message board but I am still distracted. Try a new gym or work out and maybe a new low cal food. feel free to friend me and maybe we can get each other motivated.
  • I was feeling that way for a little bit, so I started mixing up workouts, I changed my macros so I have new food numbers to obsess over, and it is finally spring so I can do other fun, active things like riding my bike (way more fun than stationary bike in the garage all winter). So, new workouts, new food, and take measurements! =-)
