Still in my housecoat reading posts and commenting doesn't make for a great calorie burn. Someone please tell me to hang up my coffee cup and take my dog for a long walk.

It's your choice whether or not you want to get anything done.

I am thinking of starting a group for procrastinators. we can each list one thing we should be doing right now.

That's why I exercise before I log on MFP. I would never get any exercise in. It's up to you, do you want to burn calories or not!

Just enter "Reading and Posting In Forums" to the database as an exercise with a huuuuuge calorie burn. We'll all be skinny in no time!

Love that idea. Cause if mfp says it so, it will show up on the scale.

On that note. I am asking the dog "do you want to go for a WALK.!"
After that there is no turning back. (dog owners know this)

Hehe, I think we should be friends, I do the same thing!
Takes a lot of motivation to get off the couch and do something.

If it is really important to you then you should just go do it. Making excuses just means it is not important!

I am taking this advice in the future. exercise before logging on.
I just got back from my walk. Enjoyed it so much that i was out for 2 hours. Tide was out, my dog got a swim. walked into town to the health food store then home. Should have done it sooner:flowerforyou:
