Freshman 15 (in my case, 25)

I bet it'd be easier if I had just one person do do this with me! I'm starting eating 5 meals a day. Low calorie doesn't seem to work as well as eating a little more but watching the times that I eat. For 2 weeks I've stuck to nothing more than 1500 Cal/day. On many days it was less, and there has been no change (I might have even gained 2 lbs). It's pretty discouraging but I really want to get back into shape while I'm young and just keep it that way.
So if you find yourself in a similar predicament, I'd love to work together to get rid of this weight :)
