Firstly, pat yourself on the back if you caught the Rolling Stones reference.

Hello- I've recently-ish found about this site/started using it, so I figured it was due time to post an impromptu introduction.

I'm female, 5'4" - 5'5" (though closer to 5'5").

I started a self-monitored diet on May 20th, 2009.
Starting weight: 165 lbs.

Today's date is July 5th, and my current weight is 133 lbs.
Therefore, I have lost a total of 32 lbs thus far.

In truth, I'm only here to receive answers to a few miscellaneous questions I have and perhaps receive some general feedback. I am aware that my current eating habits are .. a tad bit (dare I say?) 'reckless', and not very health-conscious. (Oh, irony.) However, two things to keep in mind: A) I am old enough to know better, yes, but young enough to pursue my goal with a steadfast determination- even if I am aware that there are healthier methods of achieving it. And thus B) I am not looking for criticism of said eating habits, etc- I understand what I am doing, and whilst you may not agree- please respect this nonetheless.

    You have lost a lot of weight. Awesome.
