Some Good gym routines for weight loss for women?

    I go to planet fitness as well. For cardio, you are kind of limited to bikes, elliptical, and some sort of weird stepper machine I haven't tried. There is also a circuit training room with steppers in there and a light goes off to let you know when to switch machines and get on the stepper in between. The weight machines in the circuit training room have lower weight increments than the weight machines in the big room. You can lift at like, 12 lbs in there whereas, the big room jumps from 10-20-30

    Personally, when I go in, I stretch, warm up on the bike, hit up the elliptical, the lift weights. I do upper body 1 day, abs the next, and lower body the next day.

    There are 2 seperate ab areas. 1 is 10 minute abs or something and the other has the same ab machines, but floor mats you can pull out to do like, 100's and reverse crunches.

    What I like about the second ab area that is not the 10 minute ab is that they have this random bar on the wall. I'm not sure what it's purpose is for other people, but I go have a mini ballet barre on it and use it to stretch to cool down
  • Do around 20 minutes of cardio than strength training and always try to mix this up cause you do build muscle memory don't forget to stretch too!
