how to blacken chicken??

soo im trying to figure out what to eat for our july 4th lunch/dinner? everyone else is ordering pizza...

does the george foreman grill get hot enough to make blackened chicken? i never made it before and all the directions say it needs to be VERY hot

    Blackened Chicken... refers mainly to the seasonings.
    This is one method used.
    It can be tricky because you don't want to overcook the meat and make it "leathery"
