Homemade coconut milk - figuring nutrition info?

Does anyone know how to figure out the nutrition info for homemade coconut milk? I can't seem to find the info I need online. I am using 1 cup of unsweetened organic shredded coconut to 4 cups of hot water.......I'd also like the know the nutrition info for the left over pulp as I will be using that to make my own coconut flour.
