Introducing myself

Hi Everyone
I am 50 years old, married and mom of three grown children and 3 grandchildren.I have a fair amount of weight to lose (my goal is 60 lbs). Been struggling for a while to just get the ambition to do this as I find myself always finding excuses to not get going. But today is the day!!
I find it a struggle to diet and exercise hoping that this website is my saviour. I like how it keeps such a good record regarding my dieting and exercising and hopefully this will assist me in getting on track. So here we go ..day one for me...wish me luck. :smile:

    welcome and good luck! try not to think of it as a diet think of it as re-adjusting your eating habits. remember DIET is a 4 letter word!! :laugh:

    just take it one day at a time and you will reach your goals!
