Hi everyone, after having my first child I had gained a fair amount of wieght, im curently looking to loose about 53lbs. I'm just having a real hard time staying on track with a 3 month old, as im always needed by her, and at the end of the day, i'm so tired at the end of the day, i don't feel like doing much, the only excersize i do get is walking my dog who, its hard to get anytime in for me, so i take any chance during the day i can to walk him, he's a german shepherd border collie mix so he has plenty of energy! This isnt my first time losing weight, i went from 240lbs to 130lbs (my goal weight) , and now after my little girl was born it left me at 197lbs, and im currently at 183lbs, so its not a bad start, but i've hit a popint where my body doesn't want to be coperative anymore! really frustrating!!!, I just can't wait to be comfy in my skin again!
