... ingredients to boost weight loss? (metabolism)
bamboo vinegar, lotus leaf, haw berry, licorice and fomes japonica?
apparently the bamboo draws out toxins, the berry apparently are used in Chinese medicines and the licorice for anti-inflammatory.
I hear loads about special foods, berries etc that im not sure whether to believe!!
Anyone know of any supplements (not diet pills) to speed metabolism? other than exercise!

There are metabolism boosters out there. The two that come to mind are ice water (according to the Germans) and hot peppers.
Maybe this will help: http://www.healthyweightforum.org/eng/weight-loss/fat-burning-foods.asp0 -
Mmmm… hot peppers. That's my personal favorite-- I don't care if it works or not, but it's tasty!
Apple cider vinegar is supposed to help, I believe.0 -
Dr. Oz had a good rev your metaboiism recipe:
1 C. tomato juice
3 sprinkles of tabassco
1/1-1tsp. of horseradish
Sounds lovely, but the heat will speed things up naturally.
Check your thyroid levels too if they haven't already been checked. Lots of people overlook a real cause.0
