Hey guys, I am looking for some tips on strength training work outs or DVDs for women. I have been doing some reading on it and want to start encorporating that into my cardio work outs. I want to burn maximum calories and from what I have been reading strength training can do that for me. My only concern is I do not want to be super ripped, I am only looking to shed pounds and tone. I do not want really muscular or chiselled arms/legs. Can anyone suggest anything that will help me?
Thanks!
Thanks!
