I joined MFP just two weeks ago. In fact my second weigh in is tomorrow morning, so I'll see how I've done with that.
After my first week of calorie counting, I ended up losing a full stone exactly. I think thats was purely down to the sudden decrease of calories I was consuming from about 7000 per day to 1500 per day. I'm hoping that I havent lost such a high amount tomorrow morning as I know its very bad to lose so much so fast.
Anyways I thought I'd just jump onto the forums and introduce myself, so hey everyone!
