I am trying so hard to eat healthy but I am such a picky eater that it is ridiculous. Can anyone offer any advice on breakfast ideas? Also, does anyone have any quick meal ideas for a picky eater? I'm going to list the things that I do not eat below:
Eggs (I like deviled eggs but no scrambled, poached, sunny side up)
Seafood
Mayonnaise (I eat it in deviled eggs, chicken salad, and potato salad only)
Yogurt (I'm trying my best to like it but I haven't found any I like)
Wheat bread
Cottage Cheese
Asparagus
Cauliflower
Squash (allergic)
Sour cream
Buttermilk
Avacado
Cream cheese
Artichoke
Brussel sprouts
Bacon (I can take it or leave it)
Carrots
Soy sauce
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Looks like you'd be good with oatmeal and protein shakes (Whey powder+peanut butter/fruit, whatever else).
Healthy cereals like shredded wheat (don't like all wheat??)
Might I recommend Chobani, Fage, or Noosa for yogurt.0 -
Breakfast ideas:
Oatmeal
LOTS of fruits
go all kid on your breaky. Eat you a pb&j or a grilled cheese sandwich (minus the butter which for many cheese sandwiches is not needed).
Pancakes
crepes filled with all kinds of goody fruits
main meal options:
Chicken is your friend. Grilled chicken with some nice spices (not sauces, use spices, less calories and less sodium). Eat lean red meats like 94% lean ground beef or stew beed.
Add lentils and beans to your diet, they're good. Fruits will go a long ways. It would help me if you tell me what items you do enjoy eating and I can suggest you recipes.
Good luck in your adventures0 -
Peanut butter (your choice) on rice cakes, or apples. peanut butter and banana on a wrap (of your choice). Good Luck0

Thanks everyone! I forgot all about oatmeal and peanut butter! I LOVE PB&J. Todd, I never heard of those yogurt brands but I'll definitely look into them. Riz, I love stew as well so thats a great idea and something I can make in batches. Thank you all so much for the ideas!!0

I have a recipe for homemade pizza
3 slightly heaped dessrt spoon self raising flour and a 1 -1 1/2 teaspoon oliveoil, mix with a spoon then when you have a few small lumps where flour has absorbed oil rub with fingertips to disperse then make a 'well' in the middle and add a little water stir with a spoon until sticks together adding more water a little at a time if needed. Knead the dough a little to get a nice dough put on a floured board and flatten and stretch out with hands.
to top I use 2 spoons of sauce from a jar of low fat bolognaise sauce add topping you like then sprinkle a little low fat grated cheese. cook for about 10 mins till brown around edges.
this makes one small pizza0
