a few of my friends think I am gross by eating Natto (Japanese fermented soy beans).
It all started when I was at my local Asian supermarket and noticed they sold natto there,
I've read all about the benefits and decided to try it out, at first it was weird, but after eating it for a few days, I really started to enjoy it.
anyone here also eats natto as a part of their meal plan?
here is a link for anyone that's interested.

I'm half Japanese so I've been eating Natto since I was a baby and I love it. So yes, I do sometimes have it as a snack. It's yummy with sliced green onions in it as well :-)0

I live in Japan and do like natto if it's stuffed in a rice ball.. however after reading that article I think I should take advantage of the fact that it's so easily available to me and start making it part of my regular diet. Thanks for the info!0

well then, you should go out and get you some, forgot the brand name, but the package instead of soy sauce and mustard, came with just 1 packet of this seaweed mixture that was amazing, you don't by any chance know the brand I am talking about?0 -

no problem!, I am trying to shed some more light on natto for others who are wondering what they can include that's healthy and very beneficial for them.0
