Sorry, but no one can help you if you don't want to help yourself. Motivation comes from the inside. Make sure to have small realistic goals to meet instead of large unrealistic ones.. that's always a helper.
Set your mfp to lost .5 or 1 lb a week instead of 2 (just as an example - i don't know what your goals are)
We can do ANYTHING if we put our minds to it.. The hard part is mental, the physical stuff is easy.0 -
Id be delighted to lose half a pound a week...I usually only lose half a pound a month lol! (although thats an age/menopausal thing) I will try and alter my settings, didnt know you could do that? I have about 12lb to lose, so breaking that up into manageable portions would work!! Thank you for your help, will give it a go.0
