YES! Jillian MIchaels is legit. I did her 30-Day Shred and got great results. Just started Ripped in 30 and am loving it even more. I cannot say enough good things about her. You get a total body workout in a short amount of time and start seeing results within a week. Best workout DVDs I've tried.
