Hi, i'm Stewart.

In 2010 I topped out at 19st and landed myself in A&E with a blood pressure of 220/120. Not a good start to fatherhood.

I now have reduced my weight to 15st 5oz and still dropping but very slowly now.

I took up road cycling this month and am now watching closly what I eat and drink. I'm hoping that combining both increased sustained excercise and lower food/drink in take my weight should start dropping again.

My overall goal this year is to drop a further 2st this year.

My biggest struggle is beating the hunger.

If anyone has any suggestion as to how to over come this I would be very interested to hear from you.
