I'm going to the gym. I used my polar hearth rate....today in 44 minutes my hrm was at 445 calories...but I think I cannot add at myfitnesspal like calories burning in weigh training? I'm correct?

I think most people log their reps and weight under the strength section and then log the calories under the cardio section. I think it is called "strength training" or something similar in the cardio search feature.0

If you want to log weightlifting as calories burned, go under cardio & choose "strength training," put in how many minutes & it will give you calories burned. I doubt it's accurate, though.
