Hola, everybody! I am a recent college graduate who will be a graduate student come August. I am looking to make healthy lifestyle decisions. I don't have a problem with working out; however, food can be my enemy. A little over a year ago, my mom was told to change her lifestyle or go on heart medication. My mom was a regular exerciser and watched what she ate. I don't want to be blindsided by any underlying genetic health problems so I decided I should start now. I am looking to maintain a healthy weight and would like to add some more muscle tone to my body. My doctor suggested I use this site to record everything, and then go meet with her so we can come up with a plan. Looking forward to staying fit and healthy! Good luck everybody!
