Planning to start jogging/running, any good places to get fitted for shoes?

    Definitely don't cheap out on the shoes! They will save your knees. (Try to run on the grass as much as possible too :))

    A friend of mine is an avid runner and he seems to get good shoes at decent prices at Atmosphere/Sports expert
