My bmr says 1605 but I eat around 13-1400 only. I never eat under 1200, but never over 1400. I log absolutely everything, and I have been exercising every day. I walk around 7.2 kilometers very fast every single day. I wear a heart rate monitor so I walk fast enough to keep my heart rate up quite a bit. (oh, 7.2 km is about 4.5 miles if you are from the states). I am also 5'5 and my first goal is to be under 200, so 199. Then my next goal will be about 175, I believe that's what I was when I got married. I might have been a little less but I was MUCH smaller than now. My diary is open, so take a look. I also do not eat back any of my exercise calories burned. People will argue that you should, but I don't. I look at it like this, I change my eating and calories I eat so I lose weight. I exercise to lose fat, and tone up. So far it is working, but I guess when I plateau which is inevitable I will re-evaluate.
