A few questions on the matter. You basically would just eat say +200 more cals on day then -200 less the next right? How big of a calorie bracket should you go? As in is my example of 200 good enough or should you go higher? Also lets say today I am supposed to be eating 200 less, BUT, I workout. Would I eat back exercise calories?

Does this tactic work for you guys? Thanks!

ONLY eat back ur exercise calories if your still hungry. Basically, for example I start out at 1200 calories today then I worked out And I earned 365 and it went up to 1565.. And I ate almost all my exercise calories back except maybe like 55 that are left.

Um, some days I eat em back and some days I dont.. I just go by how I feel..

Oh okay :] So try not to eat them unless you really need them?

I do! I just make sure I am under for my net calories at the end of the week. Some days I am more hungry than others!
