Go exercise! Get away from the computer.0

I looked up a whole bunch of motivation quotes, posters etc. on pinterest a while back and now some of those come to mind when I don't feel motivated. Mostly though, you just have to suck it up and not lay down. Or find a different time of day to exercise.0

You either want to change or you don't. Which is it?0

Just do it.
I had a friend who convinced me to go to Zumba class with her. I sat in the parking lot and came up with a million other things I could be doing, but I went in anyway. I have been going consistantly since mid Jan.
You have to decide if it's important enough to you. Once you get in the habit, you will honestly miss the days you can't exercise.0 -
you'll never get the *kitten* you want by sitting on the *kitten* you have!0

Coffee, 30 minutes prior to exercise plans. Then you will be all I LOVE RUNNING WHY HAVE I NEVER DONE THIS BEFORE AIN'T NO MOUNTAIN HIIIIIGH ENOUGH
Okay maybe not but close0 -
Challenge yourself to workout for 5 days/week for the next 4 weeks. After the challenge see how you feel. Perhaps if you feel better after working out, you'll want to continue. I get aggravated if I don't get 5 days a week at the gym.
Find a friend that can go with you to keep you accountable.
Good Luck!0 -
What tips are you tempted to lay down?
Knowing would be helpful.0 -

I had one of those mornings today. So you know what I did? I lay down on the couch, let the cat get on top of me, and we took a nap. Now I'm eating lunch and poking around here, and then I'm going to go exercise. To mess up an idiom, I ate my cake, and now I'm gonna have some too.0

Facing similar problem. I condition my mind throughout the day to work out after getting back home. I succeed sometimes and fail miserably the others and feel frustrated. Its just too much of procrastination and inertia holding back. Don't want to sound like a weak-willed person. But that is something that I am going through for sometime now.0

I had to put it on my calendar. it's the only way I would actually commit. and for me, it helps to do it first thing in the morning or i make up excuses and other things to do. so just do it.0

"Make progress, not excuses"
I love this quote...sometimes when I'm feeling lazy and think about it, I wish I never read it because it forces me to exercise when it's the last thing I feel like doing!!0 -

Thanks.... I needed that. The computer was sucking me in and waylaying my plans for the treadmill and a busy day ahead. Amazing how quickly a computer can suck your will to live.
Anyway, Thanks.0 -
that helps me ^^0 -
