Hi I've been on here a little while but for some reason I don't have very many friends and need more support or interesting people to interact with that have similar goals. I have an open diary and log in everyday!
I'm 5'5.5 and weigh 141 right now. Goal weight is 135, maybe 130, we'll see. Started getting into running which I used to despise and can run up to 3 miles now. I want to learn more about weight lifting to tone up. I do a boot camp type class that involves free weights and using your own body as resistance. I used to eat 1200-1400 cals and just upped them to about 1500-1700 depending on my workouts. Hope it gets this last 10lbs off and doesn't make me gain, but I was sick of being hungry 24/7!
