My husband sent this article to me. I always thought BMI was pretty inaccurate, which is why we used a separate device to determine body fat percentage when I worked at Curves.

    I have seen so many people reach their ideal BMI and they looked sick. Body fat % and waist size is a better indicator. Thanks for the post
